Returns

Due to the nature of digital marketing services and the customization involved in each project, returns are generally not applicable. Once a service has been completed and the agreed-upon targets have been met, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Service Not Delivered: In the event that we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon digital marketing service due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe this applies to your situation.

  2. Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, please notify us immediately. We will verify the duplicate transaction and issue a refund for the duplicate payment amount.

  3. Refund time frame: 7 to 10 Working days
