Client Responsibilities

This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and client data. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the disclosing party.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall J9 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services provided.
